i met her recently at a retreat my church does for women called "Prayer Works" and I was floored when I heard her story. What a testimony to show that no matter what God is in control 24/7. I also brought the book Faith under Fire and read it in a day it was just that good! I plan on reading all of her other books as well and she is definently an inspiration to me. I'm 22 and i just going through life, but I have learned a many valuable lessons from Lajoyce.

I'm currently reading the book and it is really good. I would recommend it to any female. Brookshire poured her soul into those pages. I started it yesterday and I am already on Chapter seven, mind you it is only nine chapters long. I couldn't put it down.
