  • how can I get in touch with a militia out north east (by cleveland) area?

  • Zip lock bags are not waterproof in immersion situations. Get a dry bag.

It will take many expensive suits hanging along Penn. Ave. to fix this mess if it can be fixed, and an extensive “Liberal” season whereby we force the amerikan communist insurgents out of the country or kill enough of them to restore Liberty.

It's way past time to plan for the attack that must come, and to stop hunkering down for the apocalypse.

Don't understand? Follow my links. Read the quotes page first.

  • RU George from Texas? sounds like it from the background noise

  • nope, different person

  • Excellent video, following the kiss principle. As with all training, practice often. Keep an opened kit for practice, therefore not having to utilize fresh supplies when becoming proficient with techniques.

  • nice video

  • An NPA can be used in a conscious patient but the OPA is the king of adjuncts. The OPA will keep a limp tongue from occluding the patient's airway.

The NPA military advantage is they are more friendly to wrong sizes. 28fr will fit most people. A OPA will either not go in or fall in if not the right size.

A NPA takes less training to use under stress.NPA are better for mass training of the lowest common denominator.

  • Without higher level medical support,if we need an airway it will probably be an OPA.The only time I use an NPA is CVA or psych patient's.

In other words I could carry an AED,cardiac drugs,ET tubes,BVM,D-tanks and all kinds of other goodies but if you can't keep them alive long term what good is it?A BVM gets tiring to squeeze after 30 minutes.Without a ventilator you are only delaying death.

Most of our triage will be along the START system. Not breathing?open airway, move on to then next.

  • oropharyngeal airways (OPA) are for unconscious pt w/ NO gag reflex...NPA can be used in a pt w/ intact gag reflex as well...kinda why the Armed Forces chooses to suplly IFAK w/ an NPA instead of an OPA

  • great info thanks

  • What about an occlusive dressing for quick treatment of a sucking chest wound? Then again you could always use the trauma dressing wrapper.

  • Ah I didn't pay attention enough I see.

  • Great advice.

  • To answer some questions...A Medic is a rifleman FIRST,a medic second.

If you do not return fire and kill the enemy more of your fellow soldiers, sailors,MARINES,patriots etc will die no matter what the conflict or enemy. That is 100% not selfish.

As I said the best medicine is fire superiority. That means killing the enemy. If that isn't nice I guess I'm not a nice person.

People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

  • WTF are YOU talking about Jr?

What if you lose your head? What if you lose your dog?

Obviously from your "knowledge" you've never seen major trauma, performed care under fire or even heard shots fired in anger.

Maybe someday you can write a book on how you deal with stress, tunnel vision and can treat multiple patient's, scan for tangos AND remember to take BOK off your severely wounded friend before they move him to the rear.

The military will pay you millions for your knowledge.

Why the hell are you giving this kid a hard time? He's probably played a lot of Call of Duty 4- That makes him an expert.

    ROFLMFAO

  • OMG thats too funny!!! ROTFLMAO

  • If they use this contingency plan you are FUCKED!

Think about what they have at their disposal, they could aerial spray your "militia" with a psychoactive LSD compound specifically designed to disrupt any organized opposition, then they either bomb you, nuke you, biochem you, or send in the troop and slaughter you, all that remains is the 5 min news report saying another Al Qaeda terrorist cell has been neutralized.

The only way to win this fight is to make it obsolete.

    Love your fellow man!

  • I agree

  • I know everyone who comments here probably believes in the NWO, let me just say that there is no such thing. It's actually USEFUL for them to have you believe that there is one ruling elite.

Fact is there are hundreds, possibly thousands of these organizations, they do not all operate in sync some are opposed some are allied but they form a group of ruling people who have a common goal: staying the ruling people.

They do have a contingency plan, that is what you fear. DON'T MAKE THEM USE IT!

  • I took a Combat Lifesavers class in the Marine Corps. I'm not saying I'm an expert by any means, but with this kit you should be able to save the life of someone with most life threatening injuries in combat.

  • God Bless The U.S.A!!

    Now Lets Take It Back!!

  • im worried becuase freemasons will infultrate and sagatoge

  • Death to the New World Order!

  • I worked as a truma RN as well as the Cardio Vascular Intensive Care Unit CVICU for 12 years. This video is an excelent instruction for first treatment of large trumatic wounds. I am now out of the hospital preparing for the now near future thanks for the time it took to prepare this. Down with the New World Order!

  • Glad I came across you videos. Keep'm coming.

  • Great info guys.

    Keep Posting!

  • Great video. My BOK is noticeably smaller, just scissors, an IZZY dressing and celox. But you definitely gave me some ideas. The separate ziplock is a great idea and Ive been meaning to add some PJ gauze. Oh well, Ill be needing to shop for a new pouch. We carry triangular bandages also (which has many uses outside of the BOK kit as well as other first aid apps) in lieu of a tourniquet

  • Good stuff TR.

  • The future is ours to make.

  • Wow, that's pretty high speed.

Large dressing(elephant tampons)at pretty good prices.More is better in reserve and predeployed.THANK YOU again for this video.

    Yours in victory.MArk Gregory,,Koernke GDW!
