  • Это супер!! А россия шасси сделала. Чем богаты,как говорят на руси.

  • i don't like how the cockpit looks.

  • bet it could suck the crome off a trailer hitch

  • @TheUnknownHarbingers The saying goes "suck the sweat off a donkey's balls"

  • Boeing forever too .........

  • 0:13 why does the engine have like a sqwiggly end??

  • @jm431 so the mechanics can obviously see that its running

  • @wh306 no i mean like the cover of the engine, its like squiggle on the end, why is that?

  • @jm431 they are for noise reduction btw

  • @jm431 The chevron spikes? that's for noise reduction.. The 797's due out in 11 years will have morphing spikes that make the engine even quieter than the 787's.

  • Boeing forever!

  • looks nice i hope there comes 787 for FSX with VC because abacus planes sucks.

  • Glad to see RR engines,...instead of the traitors @ GE!!!!!

  • dear santa....

  • @medisthebest =DDDD

  • Amazing cockpit yaar :D. I fly A340 and i wish to fly this in future:))

  • i bought one for my wife lol

  • @POPtheoriginal

me too 4 my friend but a toy one, hehehe:P

  • damn..i love bowing.

    damn ..i love the 787

& damn..im love those RR(rols royce) badges on the engines.

    soo quality!7stars

  • @in12233 who do you like to bow to?

  • @yoyoyoyoshua

    טמבל.i meant boeing.smartass!/

just didnt have power to rewrite.

  • why compare this to the a380. different league all together.

  • Such a pretty plane. XD

  • THAT IS A SEEEXXXYYYYY PLANE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • if you ask me i think it sucks to reduce the sound of the engines the sound is part of the badassness its like making a harley davinson silent.

  • My Cessna172 is lauder than the 787 engines.....but 1000 times slower.....how come?

Very nice engines, very nice design....just love it.

  • Pilots with baseball cap? How sad!!

  • @qwfwq2 they aint pilots!

  • one word

    concorde

    enough said

  • Wow that cockpit is amazing! Extremely quiet engines, this will definitely be very nice to travel in.

  • Those RRs are so quiet.

  • WOW the glass cockpit looks mad.... better than A380

  • @Muhammadz86 The cockpit of the a380 is looking like the old buses because of the airbus philosophy(all aircraft have the same flight deck)

  • @dima78350 Maybe at some point is good to have all cockpit with similar layout, probably for pilots when upgrading from a smaller airbus , won't have too much difficult adapting to the environment, it apply the same rule for cars, when you change of car sometimes there are stuff in different place

  • Dear All,

I have some questions about psychology:

    (1) Why do we love flying?

    (2) Why do we always want to design new aeroplanes?

    (3) Why do we think that building new aeroplane is a representation of success?

    (4) What do we prove through designing and building new aeroplane?

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative ideas and brainstorm!!! :)

  • @applesweeter

    (1) I gues the freedom you have when your in the air, when im flying I forget about all the problems of life and fall into a kind of trance.

    (2) We want to design new aeroplanes for different reasons, to improve certain things, reliability, comfort, speed, fuel efficiency many different reasons.

Will post the rest in a new comment as the wordcounts is a bitch.

  • @Rateofdescent1 Part 2 =D

    (3) Building new aeroplanes, from a military point of view if can be an icon of power between countries, which country has the better planes and whatnot.

    (4) We prove how far mankind and aviation has travelled through the last 100 years, plain and simple. =D

  • To: rateofdescent1

What do you think about the following statement?

"one of the reason that we design new aeroplane because we want to feel different in the air. We want to have the excitment when we firstly step on an aeroplane. We want to have a feeling of a night club and a disco. We want to have a new perception for our 5 senses including colour and lighting, spaciousiness, touch feeling of the seat, interaction of cabin facilities...etc"

  • @applesweeter

I totally agree with that, I can still remember the first time I stepped into my ol' bonanza.......BRILLIANT.

  • Do people really believe that it will crash. I laugh @ them for thinking that.

  • thats to save weight, y would it need to stop a bullet anyway????????!

  • bomberfun1, you are an idiot. Why do you think those fenced off areas are located where they are? You are the one who should be fired any second, you retarded moron.

  • @bomberfun1 they are trained you are not simple as that

  • dude its just engine start-up its does not suck stuff inside it unless its trusting up....and plus the fence also protect it if something fails......and up to my conclusion, you are a moron... :D

  • @ Eirwan95:

You think so? What if the pilot decides to thrust it a bit? Then who is going to be liable? "But I thought it's safe" isn't going to do it.

I don't care if you get sucked in is my conclusion.

  • it doesn't even matter..the fence are consealed to the ground and the thrust are not able to suck anything bigger then the fence until its on 80 percent or higher witch in this case..the pilot will held responsible...

  • @ Eirwan95:

I have grounds to suspect that you are probably work in McDonald's flipping burgers and smoking weed in the back or you are very narrow-minded by the level of your thoughts and comments. I think you played too many games where a person always has "100% health" and it's possible to pick up health packs. I feel that arguing with you is pointless, you get injured one day, you'll know. If the pilot will be responsible...yeah right, it would be your OWN fault.

  • dude...i am 15...you clearly don't understand that my brother works in boieng plant as a test pilot..if you know this so call daily routine is not dangerous. the engine has been controlled not to thrust up. and by the way fyi, starting engine is very simple. you activate the apu and pump oil pressure into the valve as a burning substance. the throttler is a different story.. thats why, test pilots are responsible..they are trained well enough...but i do agree there is some danger there...

  • there is no job without danger...and yes, you are right, i do sit at home and play games..i play fsx...and my ambition is to be a pilot..so please...

  • c'mon dude everyone's is saying you're an idiot... just stop! and aren't you embarrass out of your own stupidity??

  • i m looking for the part where the landing gear is shut off and see this bird flying

  • stabilizer failure is a concern. but, elevator failure practically impossible on the 777 & 787 types coz of the advanced flight control system. however, structural failure is probable. boeing rules, the most pilot-friendly airplanes, with pilot friendly manuals!

  • no worries just that more people will die when it crashes...

  • So all these advances but what happens if the plane has a elevator failure? Will all that glass in the cockpit save everyone?

  • What a stupid comment. It depends how the elevator has "failed".

  • Right back at ya. When something fails it means it doesn't work, LOL@ you.

  • failure: perform ineffectively or inadequately. Again "What a stupid comment", you obviously don't have an aerospace background. I'm not sure what you think an analogue flight deck could do in the event of an elevator failure when compared to a glass flight deck. A glass flight deck allows pilots to increase their situational awareness and decrease their workloads, which has been a godsend in the few situations I've been in when workload has been higher then normal on the flight deck.

  • ooo, you defined 'fail. zomg! i wanna be just like u when I grow up, haha ;)

  • @pedalz1115 well i think u mean "fly by wire" ! glass cockpit its jst the electronic display of the instrument! in case of an elevator failure the "fly by wire" system would make the flight easier in case of any failure!! but the glass cockpit doesnt!! like i said glass cockpit its jst the electronic display of the instruments and NAV

  • @ld8800 No, I dont mean "fly by wire", if that would have been mentioned in the first place I would have agreed, although I've never flown fly by wire aircraft. The initial comment I was responding too was about "glass cockpits". (Look for TheTruthHurtsYup and his initial comments)

  • she flew today... god i can't wait till i get in the airlines

  • It should fly in a couple of days.

  • Today :)

  • already flying. =)

  • I know, is there any stream?

  • I would want to be a pilot only if Pilots had ejection seats. lo

  • Beautiful *tear* Boeing all the way. i wonder whether when i come of age i wil be able to get 787 type rating. i have 7 years (currently 14 years old) and counting til i can get ATP or PPL

  • Just imgine the A350 cockpit and you will cry....

  • Cry you mean as in it's extremely ugly. Typical of airbus.

  • lol

  • Very nice Cockpit ;)

  • Check out the square feet of glass on that flight deck!

    I think I'm in love...

  • I know! why did they get rid of those lovely engine sound ?!?!

  • its the same catergory as a 777, same size.

  • nope 767 size

  • just 2 times more efficient:)

  • i like loudddd engines, music to my ears :D

  • you mean the ones that are like wuwuwuwuwuWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOGJSGHSHKHKDHDG!!!! i dont excactly know how to pronounce that but thats probably how engine sounds are spelled :p

  • damn it's so quiet!!!!! what a beauty!

  • Yes!

What a beautiful Aircraft it's going to look great in northwest and Delta colors! (mostly delta) lol

great video thanks for sharing 5/5

  • About time i am kooking forward to flying this aircraft..better late and well made though

  • My vacum cleaner makes more noise than those engines !!!

  • whoa! is that as loud as the sound is? jesus that is pretty quiet compared to the Boeing 737

  • @putti1putti the GE ones are supposed to be even quieter!

  • @putti1putti Your vacuum cleaner is louder then your computer.

  • about friggin time !!!

  • amazing

  • great!!!

  • Wow, incredible! About time, they've delayed this aircraft so many times! 5/5

  • Bloody great !!!!!

  • This thing is sooooooo QUIET!!!
