This was my first ever tin whistle, it's a Generation D Brass. I've got a bunch of whistles now, and my current favourite D is a Feadog one, which i've tweaked a bit. I wouldn't buy a Generation D in my opinion.

Sounds great man iv listened to this a few times. Gotta love that classic tone, specially with a bit of reverb, sounds so nice. What whistle are you playing, i picked up a clarke whistle when I was travelling and it sounded great. I ended up losing it though such a bummer.

@farkingfreak Hi, a Generation D was used in this video. I prefer my Feadóg brass D though, which I've tweaked a tad, just by some blunting of sharp edges.

Thanks very much mate. I'm a real rubbish singer, so it's probably best not sung lol. It was an experiment to try using the whistle in a different way to usual, and of course the fun of playing a Nirvana track on the guitar again like in my school days when i was in a band :)

yeah true, i think because it's played softly and slowly with lots of slow bends between notes, rather than traditinoal irish music where there'a alot of ornamentation. I was trying for the panpipes type sound lol.
