@mariofan38 normally yes, though EKP normally refuse as they are in scotland and the travelling required to play in the premiership would be huge!

@sunshine23pir8 I believe that he means that normally the winner will get a spot in the top division, but in this case, EKP will likely decline.

@mariofan38 Why will EKP decline the promotion? Past two occasions they failed to win, so never got to go up.
