In One of my Worlds, I CAN'T Give animals wheat. In A different world, I can.. Any one know how to fix this?

Why not just spawn the food, wool, leather or feathers directly in your hands instead? Less tedium, same effect in terms of gameplay. Sigh

Minecraft keeps getting easier, to the point where there is hardly any point to the gameplay. Might as well just install cheat mods and stay in 1.8.1

I mean, anytime you need food, wool, leather or feathers now, you just go into your pen and slay 10 animals, then breed them and their offspring with eachother for a minute or two and you got 20 more animals.

There has to be SOME limit, some cooldown, or just some baby animals that take a few days to grow.

It shouldn't work like that with chickens. It should involve the eggs. Like you give the egg to a rooster, which fertilizes it, and then you can put it in an incubator or something.

Good update. But the main problems are this: No baby animals (basically a requirement), and the breeding re-ocurrs too quickly. I assume they'll fix that in future updates.

@killswitch0078 passive mobs no longer despawn after 1.8, when you leave the chunk, they do disapear (or so said despawn) however when you travel in range of the chunk, they will spawn in the same spot they were last time you were there, i have pens with 2 of each animal waiting for this update, and have traveled thoasands of blocks, and they are still there when i come back, every time
