Sighting 13/08/11 around 2230hr in Limassol, Mesageitonia area - 3 orange ball type lights, one went over my house the other two were separate and low in the sky, they appeared to hover for a while, came together then went vertical, directly up into the the night sky, with the orange glow slowly fading from view. I saw this with my husband when walking our dogs. We thought at first it might a helicopter, but there was no noise at all.
@TheStyli I saw this as well but I was in Agios Athanasios around 2am. There was one light visible doing manouvres and switching between white and red and had an orange glow in the centre as if it was an object that was hot. It looked like a helicopter but I was with 5 other people and we were using an electricity pole as a reference to observe its movement. There was another faint light as well but not as active..
