  • just slow down a little bit. just a little

  • es un boludo, jaja con eso anda a hacer un postre salame

  • having Just one high gain antennas is Usless for long range connectiion without a second high gain antenna on the other side you're connecting to so basically because you have a powerfull high gain antenna does not mean you will be able to connect to wifis from miles away unless you have another high gain antennas on the other side so with just one high gain antenna it might pickup lots of wifis but connecting to most of them is impossible signal will be to weak!!!

  • @nnmk001 In some cases you may need the range without a need to connect. You could set up an antenna like this onto a wireless IDS.

  • how to connect it to the pc

  • @RamdomClipz so do you know where I can buy that brass square at? I can't seem to find it anywhere. But ebay, and they want $60 for a 12" x 12" x 1/8th" piece.

  • Hello. First of all, thank you for the video. I spent almost an hour trying to figure out the steps! I have 2 questions:

    1) at 1:27 the antenna is basically finished, but you still need a way to connect it to a coaxial cable line in order to take the signal to the computer, hence the SMA connector, right?

    2) How do you connect the coaxial line to the computer? Is there some kind of ethernet or USB card to do it?

    3) What software do you need to make the PC recognize the antenna? THX!

  • or just go near THE FUCKIN `ROUTER

    !!!!

  • jij bent nederlands :P

  • @sk8filmpjes haha dat d8 ik ook gelijk

  • @aminokad kun je goed horen ja

  • @EuphoriaO Actually thats RG8 and it'll leak like hell, horrible cable for the job you need LMR700 ie: microwave grade cable...

  • How do you get a laptop to recognize it?? Special software?

  • @cartoonhepcat seriously? dude.. you just plug it into your wifi adapter

  • @pspheaven I meant a laptop with an internal adapter. Now I understand an external is needed (with a bnc input) tnx

  • @cartoonhepcat no problem, srry ... just mis-understood you

  • @pspheaven Hi there. I asked a publisher of the video about the cable needed to connect the antenna to the wifi adapter. You seem to know the answer, so that is why I'm asking. What kind of cable and what kind of adapter should I buy in order to make this antenna work? What about the way to configure the computer? I would appreciate your light on this. Thank you... :)

  • @sparklysparks77 RP-SMA should plug into your wifi adapter and plug into the computer via usb

  • @pspheaven Thank you my friend. I still have a question, though. Is the sma connector shown at the beginning a male or female connector? How about the one near the end of the video? I appreciate your help.

  • where did you get the semi-rigid coax cable ? I'm not finding anything like what you have in the video on ebay

  • very nice presentation

  • I like that I think that I'll try and build one ThanX.
