yo where do u go for the extras like parts not mirrors and twists part like horns and stuff like that, the extras you used?

I used a feather duster, a paint brush, a letter opener, a bottle, a hand-held video pinball machine, a harmonica, a mini lava lamp and a few other things sitting on my desk that were held in place by the unmirrored, off-camera hand.
