Hi :) I dont master the aerial but i can do the aerial twist... i accidently did it when i was triyng the btwist that i after mastered.. can you see mi video showing the "aerial twist" and tell me if it is right plz? the video is called new year training or something :)

u dont need to know how to aerial really... i say an aerial twist is more like a webster 180

@Solomonster123 You're right... But anything helps, and some people get an aerial easier than the webster, that's why I suggested the aerial first... =D

You dont need an aerial at all aha I do it clean withought an aerial and my head stays looking at the ground for an aeriel twist and for freerunning you want to land separated to run through or continue something else

Erm , I have a question. If I can do a perfect aerial with little to no effort , how much do you think it would take me to learn the A-twist? Is it hard to spin while inverted in air?

@MrPredatorix Hey buddy! So, first of all, it isn't too hard if you get used to spin (standing at least)... If you already do the aerial, and it's a good one, you have to give it a try... But try it in a safe place for starters... Just so you know, the aerial twist is one of the first spinning tricks we learn, so it's not too hard... Hope I've helped, bro! =D
