dragonator is pretty useless against lao-shan to be honest... it's much more useful against fatalis where you can use it at the start of the mission and then every ten minutes after.

of course fatalis being fatalis you need to lure him over there, which is a task in itself.

On mh2, rathian, rathalos and kut ku can give it to you.

@QaDri93 Get some dragon or fire element weapon. I first fought him with normal lance and hitted him in the belly all the way, it's quite annoying, later I figured out killing him with an sns would be much more easier aiming for the head all the way from beneath him.

I now kill him with Eternal Strife and he dies as soon as he's able to. (He can't die before reaching the fort area and entering with his whole body)

Prepare for a lot of carves on 3 different spots (belly, shoulders and head)

MH tri will not require friend codes. It's like the old fashioned MH.  You can simply go online. However, if you want to play with a friend who is at your place, both of you can play on the same screen. Screw friend codes lol =P
