Hi, when i install cleo 4 and than try to install elm everything is ok, no errors, but when i try to start gta, my pc crashes. Can anyone give me a tip for installing???  Thx

it's apart of the mod when u point a silenced pistol at the supsect he/she is arrested and autamatically put into the police car, and u don't have to use a police car with this mod it works perfectly with any other vehicle that you drive

you need a program i dont remember what its called but it happens in everyones game because the memory is too low. go to gtapolicemods and search gta sa streammemory fix. ithink thats it

you sea how the folder sais cleo. you gotta open that and the one that sais gxt hook goes in the gxthook folder and the other files go in the original cleo folder
