thats really sad that they put them down if they cant get a home i think that they should stay at the shelter until someone adopts them or stay there were the workers could stay with them at a shelter until the dog or cat or what ever animal dies and they should spnd time with them until they die still its really sad that they have to put them down. i saved two baby cats from a shelter there was this baby cat that was a lttle mean i hope it got a family
@9ale9flippy The reason they can't stay at the shelter is explained in the video. Over 3,000 animals came in that year. Only 19 percent were adopted. WHERE do you keep that many animals and how do you pay for their care? It's a simple law of supply and demand. Nobody who works in a shelter wants to euthanize the pets but until the public starts adopting all their pets and has their pets spayed/neutered, the needless deaths will continue. Sad but true.
My dog would have gone to that shelter but he came to MA instead we love him so much!
