This incident is only because I was ready to go to court against their fellow officers for perjury in 2 days. Moreover, even if I didn't have any identification, their only authority was to write me a citation because of "Proper Due Process" - I am innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. Further, the cops writing me a citation is my "evidence of identification".
Great job in taking the video! I'm surprised the officers didn't bust the camera as they usually do. Glad you won the case and showed these cops to think before they involve in any stupid actions. Everyone needs to know their rights and the laws in general so the public keeps these abusive police in check. This incident is only because I was ready to go to court against their fellow officers for perjury in 2 days. Moreover, even if I didn't have any identification, their only authority was to write me a citation because of "Proper Due Process" - I am innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. Further, the cops writing me a citation is my "evidence of identification".

Great job in taking the video! I'm surprised the officers didn't bust the camera as they usually do. Glad you won the case and showed these cops to think before they involve in any stupid actions. Everyone needs to know their rights and the laws in general so the public keeps these abusive police in check.
