Ugh! How I loathed this show! I vaguely recall the episode where the dad's hick brother and family made a visit. Something about a portable potty convention, which was bad enough, but there was a joke when daddio sad "Of course he looks flushed, he's got a toilet on his head!" I don't typically like potty humor, but this the best punchline out of the whole series.
I never new of this show until the early 90's so I guess I was watching the re-runs. It came on every morning at 7 am. I worshipped this show and recorded it everyday. I might still have them packed in a box on VHS-so yesterday ;-D
The TV8 announcer is Bill Ward. He's been the voice of WJW for a LONG time!
