    Ng is the family name,

    Ah Mui is her surname.

The Chinese family name comes first.

  • This a very good model for the eager learners to follow. Great! Thanks

  • EXCELENT

  • EXCELENT

  • she is very good at 42, but is it true that 42 has no real foundation? i was reading in the dao of taijiquan that because it was formulated for performance purposes that it actually has no value as far as chi development and nourishment goes. so yea what are some opinions of that?

  • I don't play 42, but I can see that the movements are just broken down from the 108 perhaps, I don't know if they train the chi-kung aspect or the martial, that would make a big difference, but her flow is very nice.

  • as far as I know the 42 form has been created in 1989 by chinese taiji masters as an advanced competition form. It has elements of the old Yang style as well as Chen style in it and some Sun and Wu. Many movements are from the 48 form. I've learned it just now - its amazing. And YeLL04YeLLow: If you do taiji what form soever - if you do it well and concentrate of course you do develop Qi - no matter if you perform in public or do it in your garden.

  • all taiji forms have value for qi development! However all development is dependant on ones intention, motivation and having a mentor to guide such development...

  • Very nice indeed!

  • so lovely music , beautiful , and excellent presentation , she has inner beauty also i can see it .. how can we practise this in Indonesia ? thank you

  • sO SERENE AND BEAUTIFUL, SHE HAS GREAT SKILL!

  • Hi ditgodin, this is the final part of the Tai Chi 42 forms. The total instructions consist of 9 parts divided into Part 1 to 4 with each part containing a Demo and a Teach video.

To see all the 9 parts, in the You Tube search box type "hockkeah". Click search and you will get to see all the 9 parts. If you are learning Tai Chi from an instructor, you can use these videos to help you to learn and improve.

  • It is so wonderful to have this type of instructional video. This lady is amazing!
