If Mr. Funk's flat tax is like Forbes or Newt's flat tax -- its not flat at all. Its flat as Pike's Peak. Newts tax plan is NO taxes on cap gains, dividends, leverage buy outs -- and any other income they can shove in that loop hole. If you are for a real flat tax -- fine. But so far -- every flat tax Ive seen is a con job that is trying to have NO taxes on certain people.
