Why was the PSA taking up a seat? They should be walking through the trains checking tickets and providing customer service.

I'm not surprised Dennis gave you dirty looks if you wandered up and started filming him without so much as a by your leave. I've never felt the need to film McDonald's staff amking my big mac but I doubt they'd take it too well either.
