  • Very nice dish, thanks, Eva.

  • Thank you, Eva - wonderfully clear explanation - now I can enjoy the same delicious food which I experience whenever I visit Greece. Fasolakia me patates has always been my absolute favourite - both tasty and healthy. Thank you so much!

  • Bravo me kaneis uperifano! Good job!!!

  • Γεια σου βρε γιαγια, πες τα να μαθαινουν και ξενοι!

  • My wine is outdated, so I'm using water. Hope it comes out OKI Also, I had to use frozen green beans.

  • At 3:17 she says add a "tablespoon" of salt to the green beans, but she actually added about half a teaspoon -- which is about the right amount.

  • thank you!!

  • thats great . please do you have a recipe for Galaktoboureko! . thank you.

  • Yiasou Eva! I really enjoy watching your cooking videos....they're really good! As for this fasolakia & potatoes recipe, I grew up with it and love it....I've never tried it with wine....we add basil and parsley and more tomato sauce to ours...also sliced carrots and sometimes zucchini. My mother also added chunks of sauteed eggplant and it was delicious!

Thank you for your videos and I would LOVE to see you make galaktoboureko!
