Absolutely fantastic! One of the best 'discoveries' in new wave and it's only from 1988. It sounds, based on the Roland synths, that it might have been recorded four or five years prior. Definitely in the styel of Anything Box & DIY.
A great combination of early German industrial beats with new wave melodies. Unfortunately, there was a metal band with the same name as Signal and it's going to be a challenge finding the records from these guys.
