Theres a new world record for Solomon's Key, in 2010 a 13 year old boy named Jacob Gilbert beat your record at almost 900,000,000 points and he clams his name as Zask now you can see the video and/or photo at Wii Records.com, He also has the records for Golden Axe with 1608.78 points and Mighty Bomb Jack with almost 400,000,000 points, Some people say he's the WORLD'S BEST SOLOMON'S KEY PLAYER. Idk but i do know he is freaken hard core.
well i beat the game about 24 times HARD AS HELL IS RIGHT i have beat the world record 889,087,70 if you want to see the photo go on wii records.com scroll to the bottom and click arcade and click solomons key then the photo. P.S. on some games there are 46 level on solomons kay and on others there are 10 levels in all in 10 stages thats 100 levels any way if you get all 487 items in the game, at the end of the game the fairies will open the book and you will unlock a new ending and 500,000,00p
ive noticed that games nowadays aren't nearly as hard as those back in the day. Games weren't all 'visual' but challenging as well. In fact half the games were dam near impossible to beat. hence, soloman's key. But its true that you just dont see many dr. marios or tetris simulations any more. Even the RPG's are dumbed down a little now, back in the day zelda was hard as ever. Either you found the secret, or you were stuck until you did
@Dmarko81 ...Dude, ain't that the freakin truth?!?!?! Back then some games like this one were freakin ridiculously hard and 8,9,10,11 year olds like myself had to solve the puzzles and like you said find the secrets. They definitely made you think hard and long about what you did. OMG especially freakin zelda! took ages to finish.
@Dmarko81 yea games nowdays are only played for graphics and cheating no real challenge now solomons key HARD AS HELL you game over you start literally at the beginning this game is insanely hard ONLY game I have had alot of trouble with
a GDV of 73 hahaha, I remember this game was f-ing hard, and the strategy to go through rooms 41 and 46 were collecting all the big flames, and when I made a perfect walkthrough of this game (getting ALL the hidden Items), I got a GDV of 85 (the highest), any way, thank you for the upload, this game brings back some good memories :D
Yes, you can beat the game without the secret items. But you can only play the "Princess Room" if you collect them. And the ending is different too: if you collect the secret items you see this ending, if you don't, you only see Dana getting out of the cave (you don't release all the fairies and the enemies don't get trapped into the cave.
You know something, I don't exactly remember. I believe you DO need to find all the hidden items in order to finish the game. I beat this game so long ago I can't quite remember. Thanks for the props and comment.
Is it possible to finish the game if you don´t collect the hidden idoms through out the game? I mean..if u dont find every piece of hidden idiom..will u be able to finish the game!?
