I live in toledo ohio last night june 6 around 11:00pm me and friends witnessed two shooting stars which weve necer though toledo would be the place to spot them
Yall if the Meteor goes that fast we wont be abled to see it and it would burn out before it could reach its speed! Now and astroid lls, I know its flying bout thousands of miles per hour lol..
This exact one alot of my friends seen, if I didn't have to wake up early for work the next morning, I would have stayed up. Then I heard my nextdoor neighbors watching and speaking about them when they appeared. They woke me up, I looked out of the window but couldn't see them. So I'll have to wait til next time :(
Drove up the hill here in Silicone Valley-perfect night/morning -3am, saw one every couple of minutes or so, some really burned some streaks in the sky. Some are so quick it's not so exciting. Still cool though.
Stood up last year til' 4. This year i just rolled up the curtains and masturbated furiously. Ended up sleeping at 11. Shit. No chance i can see today?
@AqwPraylan omg lol!!! i did to!!! i can belive i was so lucky :) i was going into my garden to get something from my shed and then i looked in the sky, this was late at night and i saw a shooting star!!! i was like omg yay :D!!!

@cyborgfish99 Hey, i live in Houston too and i havent seen shit either but we may have to wait until like 3am for its best actions. You might not be able to see it if you live like in the city or something..but you should still see a far view. I already went to sleep so imma stay up haha!
@xxJemilicious Yeah I live In the city and I did go outside at 3am. Stupid sky got me excited, I've never seen an actual meteor shower and I thought this may be my chance so I waited all this time and got nothing. Damn the world.
Brilliant display over Glasgow last night/early morning...............lounging on the garden deckchairs in the wee hours with the family....brilliant!!!!!!...........bit cold though, brrrrrrrrrr

@1:35 he says that the particles come into the atmosphere at 135 mph... Pretty slow don't you think? I'm pretty sure he meant 135,000 mph
Forsakened922 1 year ago
@Forsakened922: More like 25,000 mph would be more realistic.
