2:36 Why do you rotate and flip the refelction? You can just flip it vertically (second option on Layer->Transform).

2:55 They dont have to be the same, just the foreground color needs to be the same as your image's background.

I found out that once your done doing that select your bottom image go to Filters>Distorts>Ripple or Waves and it makes it even coolier :)
