thanks for the recipe. im only new to the cooking scene but i love salt n pepper squid and would really like to try making it. this might sound really dumb but i know fuck all about cooking but if i was to make 1 kg of salt n pepper squid would i just pretty much need to double the ingredients or will 2 cups of salt n pepper make it too spicey and salty??

I liked the descriptive way in which this video is presented. I've found Vit. D milk to work better than buttermilk when doing sea food by the way. It goes pretty good with Shark too.
your right about cross contamination but a study done at the University of Minnesota they found that wood actually killed nay bacteria and plastic allowed the bacteria to flourish. But Thank you for your culinary talents. I have done a buutermilk batter with 1/2 each flour and starch salt and lemon juice to top off it comes out so crispy but I will try your recipe.

i have seen this dish on menus but the sound of it never appealed as squid with just salt n pepper sounds boring but this recipe looks more interesting so will give it a try.. thanks
