Why? Think Roman Amphitheatre and gladiators - anything goes. Booing makes the crowd enjoy themselves more, which is the most important bit of all, no matter what is happening on the field. Get clued up on human psychology, and also get a life you liberal nonse arse bandits.

And that includes Jiffy here - he spends too much time on a golf course these days it is obviously to conclude - BOOOOO! stick that in your pipe and smoke it, Jiffy, you closet boring so-and-so.

OOPS! The english(they hadn't arrived) then, Ireland(Romand didn't reach there), Scottish(not many experienced the Romans) unlike us welsh. My ggggg etc grandad used to go to the Roman Amphitheatre in Carmarthen for a good booing show, about two thousand years ago...
