This movie was financed by Anil Ambani( his Son); obviously it shows his father as a great crusader. But the darker side has been hidden and not written/ shown. if all the shades of his life were presented the response to the movie and his life would be different. For example he says reliance produced polyester fibre which was cheapest in the country. But he does not say the obstacles (read attempted murder) he erected against Nusli wadia to do the same & others from importing cheaper fibre.

@sudhkaly The movie is not a biographical assessment of Dhirubhai Ambani. It is a story of not bowing down to circumstancial pressure, it is a story of having the 'himmat' to continue the fight against odds till victory is achieved.
If you think Dhirubhai had resorted to unfair practices during the setup and initial years of Reliance, you should also consider the ambiguous and insufficient laws that the Govt of India tried to use to stop his growth.
@sudhkaly Do you think Dhirubhai's competitors did not employe unfair means for their own growth? Do you think the points brought out by the Inquiry Comm against Dhirubhai were all justified? Did the govt act in all fairness when treating Dhirubhai's case? Think ... look at the documents of that time...
In the Mahabharat, Lord Krishna convinced the Pandavas to resort to several unfair means during the battle of Kurukshetra. Do you think those were part of his 'dark side'?
