  • Thanks! I deleted my spacewasting drive so i can speed my machine up! THNX!

  • Do yo know how to fix a BSOD? My Dell laptop had a virus that wiped out the whole hardrive. So now every single time I turn my computer on, the Blue screen just pops up, even when i run it in Safe Mode.

Do you know how to restore the hardrive?

  • @indigofire1o9 Did you fixed that problem? I have a Dell Laptop which something went wrong on. All my files are now on a F: drive which I'never created and trying to regain my info back onto drive c:

  • @OriginalJami No not yet :/ I still am looking everywhere to fix it.

  • @indigofire1o9 I did. I used Acronis director.

  • @indigofire1o9 i've fixed the problem using Acronis

  • i have an 60gb externalHD which is partition by 4drives can i ask you help to guide me to merge this drive unto 1 single drive?pls thanks!

  • thanx, great video

    it was really very helpful

  • You sound like your talking to a child...

  • but you gave no MERGE demonstration ie adding the unallocated portion to your existing file partition.

  • Excellent, thanks for sharing; this is exactly what the doctor ordered :-)

  • wat a bunch of crap i was lookin how to combind hard drives and i got this useless crap and its not even windows 7 ffs

  • How do I get my unallocated 194 GB to transfer onto my C partition??

  • I was also looking to do that if you got the answer

plz tell me or give me the link of the vid! Plz !

  • try EASEUS Partition Master 4.1.1 Home Edition as BobbyRice2 said.

  • Don't know if you can answer this, but I have a question [request, urge, beg]

I have 2 drives , C & E. my C drive only has 20GB Space, my E drive has 600GB. Is there anyway I can give my C drive some of that, merge the E into the C, or anything like that, because it creates alot of problems for me, thanks for the response in advance.

  • You cannot merge C: on Windows XP or VISTA but Windows Seven can. Or you can get a program to do it...But the easiest way is to format the computer and delete the partitions.

  • Thanks anyway, I got a programme & threw 500GB of my other drive onto my C: drive, took 30 seconds. Beautiful free programme goodness! Thanks anywho.

  • What free program did you use?

  • EASEUS Partition Master 4.1.1 Home Edition.

Enjoy and spread the word , it's an extremely simple tool, it was literally a case of opening it, and then dragging a SLIDE bar on my C drive to how much I wanted. Then a quick restart, and done.

    Spread ze word~. Enjoy.

  • @Computerbasics i got a problem delete logical drive isnt an option its there but its grey and i cant click on it so im clueless

  • @BobbyRice2

Hi, I have exactly similar problem, what software you used to expand your C Drive?

  • @samankurdy

Look at my previous comment, sorry the response was so long, was busy travelling through China. Hoho.

  • @Computerbasics i have a windows 7 but i do not know how to merge my C and D drive together.what should i do?

  • @kiaragal9797 with Minitool Partition manager, merge partition in a few steps.

  • This video shows how to merge and delete partitions but not c: drive. If you want to do this you need to format your computer. If you only have C: drive then you do not have any other partitions to play with...

  • HI

i have a problem, I partitioned my 'c' drive and now i have a partition which i called 'DATA 2' but now i want to put it back together with my 'c' drive.

  • I actually have the same problem. My guess is that I'll have to save all the data from the two drives and reinstall XP. It may have an option then to merge the two drives, but I'll have to check first.

  • this video does not touch C: drive. If you need to merge c drive you will need to format and then move them to one partition.

But what's wrong with leaving the partition there?

  • Don't worry i fixed it. I wanted to partition the C: drive to make my computer faster and so that i have different partitions for everything, because my other drive D: only has 50GB whereas my C: drive has 450 GB. But i fixed the problem anyway!

  • What did you do?

  • Hi Computerbasics - I'm trying to merge C: and D: because C: drive is getting too full. I sthere any way I can merge these 2 drives?

  • I would suggest you backup your files to an external hard drive, then format your computer. Otherwise move the files like documents, pictures etc to D: drive.

  • i dont get my hard drive displayed but my cd-rom O.o

  • Create another partition or buy another hard drive.

  • Nice video .

I rly like your voice :-)

  • I can't make disk partitions, I have a lot of space left but it does not show me the green thing it does on yours.

  • thanks very much

  • good video well done

  • OKay... so how do you merge?

  • You can't merge C: drive but you can merge others.. Like if you had a hard drive partitioned into 4 you can't touch c: but you can merge the other 3 by deleting them all and recreating one or two or more new partitions.

  • Hello,

I have two partitions C drive(15GB) which is almost full and D drive (15GB) which is completly empty. How do I make C drive 30GB? I would like to have only C drive.

    Thank you for your help,

    Steven

  • You would have to format your computer to make the hard drive one again..But If C: if full you can move the files over to the other drive by copying and pasting them.
