next time i promess myself to ride one gear up and not touch the brakes at all.
Thank's Bloke! It didn't look like much but it Friggen Hurt I can tell you! After this I spent the day framing a Shed & lifting trusses into place! That's my excuse for being in such poor form yesterday! Lol...
