The Mexican population varies from city to city. New York City's immigrant Mexican population comes from Puebla and those in Santana's appear to be from there too. How could I tell? Well, Cecina, Flor de Calabaza quesadillas and Boing! drinks in the fridge. People from Puebla are known for their Moles and Cemitas, which is like a torta sandwich. R dub, try some Cemitas either in NY or LA. Cemitas de Milanesa are the best and many spots are located in East Los Angeles.

Dude... against all odds you topped yourself on the concept, I really never expected a Taco Tuesday review would be doable in NYC (or surrounding areas), thus the 5 star rating on the video - hilarious take on Law & Order SVU.

Having said that, and as you found out in this taco review, that was NOT a carne asada taco. Sesina is known by many names, one of them being 'carne seca' in Sonora. Corn tortillas? please! true tacos are fixed on flour ones. AFAIK, East vs West feud still stands! :-)
