driving a vehicle is a privilege, not a right. operating a vehicle on government maintained roads is a privilage, not a right. haveing a dmv issued I.D card or license is a privilege, not a right.

@moparracer3 Actually you have the right to obtain a drivers license and us public roads that you pay for. They can not deny you you right to drive with out going through the 14th amendment. The police can not stop you just to see who you are that is protected by the the 4th amendment. You have the right to privacy and unless the police see that a crime is being committed, they have no cause or authority to harass you.

sign that AFFIDAVIT under FULL COMMERCIAL LIABILITY...that should make 'em think twice, if not and there is a good chance he/she or it will arrest you,. That's when you make an example out of him/her or it. Know your rights and whoop this police state that is emerging folks. Yups, it's real WAKE UP PLEASE!!

This makes me sick....THINKFREE (dot) CA...go there and learn how to deal with these scumbags..they tried this shit on me about two weeks ago and I SHUT THAT FAG DOWN REAL QUICK!!! He didn't fuck with me 'cause I knew how to talk to them. NO JURISDICTION ! give him that and your done. Talk to them with only questions and ask for their ID and also tell them to tell whcik law gives them the authority. Ask them if they have the right to stop you and if they would sign an affidivit to that effect
