  • Did you try the 6L6 version before you got the El34 version? I like your tone. I'm trying to decide which one - looking for the best VH sounds.

  • @1poorplayer Hi, EL34 = more growling mids (VH tone) 6L6 = more bass flatter mids. For VH tone get the EL34 version for sure! GREAT amp by the way.

  • Hi! Do you have 6L6 or EL34 version ?

  • @ianou95 Hi, it's the El34 version

  • did the beginning riff come from the amp?

  • @Alu122112211221 Yes, that was the red channel boosted.

  • @mrcali68 This playing from :1 to :5 ? That doesn't sound like the XTC at all.

  • @danyeo It is though

  • @mrcali68 Oh, nice. Was that a Scumback? After trying an M75 I'm ready to dump celestions forever.

  • Does this video have the Scumbacks loaded in the cabinet?

  • No I used the Celestion Vintage 30's on this clip

  • Impressive. Awesome tone and some cool licks, sir

  • Thanks!
