President Bush did more to fight AIDS in Africa then any president or human being in American history, to the tune of billions and billions of dollars. Bono of U2 has said that thanks to America's help, thousands of Africans owe their lives to America. That was cool when Bono met with President Bush about this. I hope that people in Africa know we care about them the way President Bush did.

Responsibility? Africans were not responsible for the vaccines given to them grown in African primate tissues. There is still controversy among scientists about how the epidemic started. There is quite a bit of damning evidence that it didn't start the way we've been told in the general press.
