No! The engine "Fox" was built by Mr Brian Taylor, the person who founded the Kirklees Light Railway based at Clayton West near Huddersfield, in his own workshop. It is modelled on the engines built by the Hunslet Company in Leeds for export to India. (See the KLW web-site for more information).
