This is the cheapest ilusion trick I ever seen, you have a string attached to the card that goes through your fingers. One corner of the card is always upwards which means theres the string attachment. If it where static electricity it would attach to your hand completly, which it would need a huge amount of charge and not the almost insignificant charge you gave the card. So false man, nice trick with the string though.
