If you have a sound card on your computer, than you should be able to notice that this song performed in English with English lyrics.

Lyrics and subtitles are two different things.
This song doesn't have English subtitles.

Oh, I see. The phrase below doesn't have any meaning in Ukrainian.
It's just something to support a rhythm with made up words, similarly to the humming when one following melody of the song without using any particular words:

Usually Ruslana sings in Ukrainian. Those songs has this phrase in their name: "-English subtitles- (Ukrainian)."
