  • I love it, he still wants to continue teaching. More and more professors care less about teaching and more about their research now it seems, there are less and less true mentors left

  • I'm with Feynman on this one.

  • Congratulations Professor :)

  • Congratulations on your election, Professor! From what one can learn of a person from Youtube videos, I definitely think you are deserving of your position within the Royal Society.

    Well done.

(and yes, I know I'm a bit late, but I found this channel just last month :)

  • I've very happy to see the Prof's hair has remained consistently awesome all through those pictures.

  • Well deserved, congratulations professor.

  • i love professor poliakoff's hair

  • @mastigoz Yeah, they need to do a video on the professor's hair! What is the chemical composition of hair?

  • @dljones33 Mostly keratin, a protein. The interesting aspects of hair are more to do with physics than chemistry, but the Periodic Videos have been branching out and this would be pretty cool.

  • I know this is utterly silly, but this makes me proud to be a subscriber. :D

    Happhapp-Hussah!

Congratulations Professor and dont forget the videos!
