Your vid quality is er, rather cellphone like. Buy your timing belts off the general, £24 for two belts recorded delivery. Keep the crud out of the timing belt covers, many dont and the cam pulley wears to a trapezoid section. Dont bother with the very expensive o-ring cord lengths from the usual places (haines etc)buy 3.5mm and 2.5mm section silicone o-ring cord by the metre from Brammer BSL. Cut it to length yourself and dont add silicone RTV to the faces, only to the tower joint.
