i'm pro ana but even that's a little dangerous. remember that the reason the victoria's secret models are sexy is bc they have some meat on their bones :)

i suggest a detox diet that has only fruits and veggies for 2-3 weeks and then slowly reintroduce carbs, starch and protein in your diet (and other foods)

it'll help you get thin but keep some meat there. but for your body 73 will look really bad :/ you'll look like a skeleton and not in the good way
