It was at a parking garage. Today, I was at the Rochester Int'l Airport, and rode the parking garage elevators which were older Otis ones from the 80's. The funny thing was that I brought my camera, but I forgot to bring the memory card.

I think those are Canadian-code fixtures, similar to the Epco Survivor Plus fixtures, but sound like Montgomery elevators.
