  • this video does not compare to how awesome it was to actually be there. MUSE KICKS ASS

  • GREATEST CONCERT EVER

  • To the people that think he is miming... look at all performances of this song on youtube and you will see not one is the same vocally... so if you think they mime anything, then you must think that they prerecord all their songs before each gig so that they can make them unique performances. The mics just pick up well... it isn't hard to figure out, I mean when BEllamy fades away from the mic, so does his voice. It is 100% live.

  • @wewanthecup

100% agree with you! I've been to Muse concert in Wembley Stadium in Sep. last year (two days), and I can be 100% sure that Matt was sing LIVE.

Do people REALLY think Matt is miming?! I can't believe this! How many times did Matt fuck up lyrics in songs, huh? At least I've heard him sung wrong lyrics in Starlight, MOTP, Hysteria, MK Ultra, he even forgot the lyrics of Darkshines!

Just check out their video of Stockholm Syndrome in Reading 2011, and then you'll see!

  • Okay, I understand a little awe of mic proximity pickup, but let's use some common sense: if the really, really expensive show were voice overdubbed, don't you think the overdub would sound good? Because it doesn't sound like much effort was put into the overdub at all if that were the case, which it isn't...

MOVING ON: THAT WAS AN AMAZING SHOW. SEE MUSE LIVE IF YOU LIKE THEM.

  • damn was this show voice overdubbed? at the end he isn't even near the mic ...

  • @einbischen his mics pick up from pretty far away... nothing dubbed about it

  • they are awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Is Matt miming at 5:45?

  • @NickoliasCaville no, you can clearly hear his voice gets quieter as he pulls away from the mic. the same with next 'I wish I could'

  • @isleptwithgod I can see that, but he's so far away from the mic at one point, and you can still hear him. It's odd.

  • @NickoliasCaville I think he has specially adapted mics or something, I remember there was either a video or an article about it, there's plenty of clips where Matt is singing about 70 miles away from the mic but it still picks him up fine

  • @NickoliasCaville Neumann KMS 105. The best live vocal mic on the market. It costs £700 for a reason.

  • @spiderliam Just saying, if it picks his little voice up from that distance, it would amplify everything on stage.

  • @NickoliasCaville I think it's not that black/white. This is very advanced technology that will pick up vocals more thanother sounds, plus they can filter out any unwanted sounds. Don't forget live-music is a craft, and Muse's crew are pro's. :)

  • @NickoliasCaville There is nothing on stage for the mic to pick up. The drums/amps are not within the proximity of the mic. They use in ear monitors, as opposed to wedge monitors. I'm speaking as an experienced live sound technician here, so anything you're confused about, don't hesitate to ask :-)

Also, Matt Bellamy voice is anything but little, hahaha.

  • @spiderliam Bells has a tiny voice compared to others. Who said I was confused?

  • Awesome! :-D I'm sure it was an amazing show.
