I'm in 9th grade but all my sophomore friends told me great things about Andrew. I did not know him but I really wish I did. I know how much everyone misses him. This is the saddest tragedy, no one knew he would die from something as simple as playing baseball. I remember seeing Andrew
in the hall at the middle school. I guess in a way I sorta knew him. :(
I regreat the loss of Andrew to all of you who knew him and his family. Just try to remember he died doing what he loved and that you will see him again some day.
When I was 13 (5 years ago) My best friend died in a motor cycle accident. I couldn't even force myself to go to his funeral I was so messed up. It hurts and I know how you all must feel.

Andrew was a brother to me. To clear up the issue of how he died. He was playing baseball for a travel team from St.Marys Ga, in Jacksonville Fl. He was playing first base and a player threw him a ball that made him in an awkward position in the runners way, indeed they did collide, but he did not dide from a punctured heart, The autopsy stated that his heart stopped from colliding in just the right spot for it to be wrong. He fell to his knees, bent over, then soon after fell on side.
His father Harold Cohn rushed to his sons aid, but when he arrived, Andrew was unconcious, I dont know if CPR was performed at the scene. He was taken to shands where he later died. I love you andrew and now you've got me something to look forward to, seeing you again.

andrew was truely an amazing person, he could make anyone laugh. When andrew was around there was no sad moments because he always lightened the mood.
He was an excellent martial artist, probably the best rising martial artist ive ever seen. Outstanding baseball player, pretty much anything he put his mind to he couldd do, Many memories with andrew, all great, R.I.P cohn, you will always be missed, not only by everyone else but including me, see you one day in heaven little buddy
