I can start working on the design using corel draw or autocad. All I will need will be less than ten long range bullet,the rest I can buy it down my local electronics and DIY shop ,and I will modify them. The device can be made to look like a stone by the roadside, and no one will even suspect it until they see a smoke comes out of the stone after the shot had been fired. let me know if you are interested in the design so that I may star working on it . One may wonder why such riots are characterised by acts like looting etc, but this moral decadance may be attributed to the tight economic situation, and a big economic gap or imbalance in uganda, its due to this that people have resorted to all possible desperate measures to meet there survival. What we are watching now is a result of governments plan to devide Buganda and its people as it is museveni biggest bone in the neck(Power), which people are resisting. feel pity for my country.

Actually Ugandan police have spoken swahili since colonial days when they were used to suppress the Kalenjin and Mau Mau. This is how akina Idi Amin were produced in the Kings African Rifles. This is very sad. I remember when Kenya rioted, It was such a distressing time. Ugandans in general are very friendly and hospitable people and i'm saying this by experience. Largely in Africa, it's not the people but the institutions of power, headed by the executive that continue to suppress democracy.
