I visited this church once while in New York about 12 years ago. Very dark and dingy and somewhat musty & moldy. I can understand the need for rehab. and wish you well. That crack shown in the video looks to be serious business, and I assume it will be dealt with. Given the fact that Dr. Rowan Williams was honored by the Jesuits recently, this Anglican hopes for a beautifully restored church for your parish. May the peace of the Lord be with you.
