  • Lieberman is a dickhead!

  • Only Ned Lamont-D holds legal title to that Senate seat. A Joe-CFL win will not go to the Democrats column. And it's the first time Connecticut Democrats have lost an election in a long long time.

Do you really want Dick Cheney or Joe Lieberman casting the deciding Senate vote??

May God save our world if Connecticut picks Joe Lieberman

  • "So do we" how corny.

  • he can get every one of the 39% of the state's voters that support him to say "so do we" and it isn't going to matter. he has NO appeal to moderate democratic voters, moderate independent voters, and republicans, and will (THANKFULLY!) lose as a result

  • I am moderate independent voter and I will vote for Ned Lamont. So will most of my friends.

  • excellent and right on

  • YEAH!OK!

  • Good ad apart from he said he would put the citizens of Kenetikit first, he cant expect to win by saying that, what about the other 49 states?

  • Yes, he can. ONLY CONNETICUT VOTES FOR HIM! Dammit, learn government.

States only vote for their own senetors or representatives for US Congress. It's President EVERYONE votes for, irregardless of state.

  • hmmm.... giant duch or a turd sandwich... this is a tough one! lol

  • SO DO WE!!! WEEEEEEEEEEE!!

  • how bout we challenge this fucking system of govt instead

  • amen to that

  • Joe Lieberman's new TV ad that claims "experience matters". But what good is experience without good judgment? Lieberman is bad for Connecticut and bad for America. His record speaks for itself.

Let's vote for change in November!

  • Thanks, Ned, for giving me hope that we can change Washington for the better. JOE'S GOTTA GO!

  • its all about the EXPERIENCE... lamont would push CT to the bottom of the barrel - Vote Joe in November!

  • Uhh, Ned, that's really dumb!

So glad to know that everyone in the ad, along with Ned, is approving the theft of video from C-SPAN and the illegal use of its logo in the advertizement.

Ned, your having your supporters condone your stealing copyrighted material. It's pathetic and embarrasing.

  • It's an advertisement, you moron-

If ppl are "stealing" this ad,

and reposting it for millions of others to see,

Then Lamont is getting free advertising.

This video on youtube is NOT paid for by those who support lamont, but is posted free for all to see globally.

  • I am a Connecticut voter! And I approve this message! And so does New Haven County!

  • Go Ned!

  • Great ad.

  • The new Ned Lamont Campaign ad is excellent those who attack this new ad on tv don't like it because all Ned's past ads speak the truth about the Lieberman Bush connection that not being negative thats being honest.

  • I love how all the Liebertrolls come over and post stuff about Ned's ads. Hey, why don't you guys go over a praise your hero's ads and let Joe know about it on his blog?

Oh yeah, Joe's blog stopped taking comments a week after it started; even AFTER they promised there would be NO censorship. Huh.

  • I believe the reason why the Lieberman campaign disabled message posting was because people were maliciously attacking/spamming the Lieberman website. I do feel it is unfortunate that many supporters of Mr. Lamont result to name calling (e.g. Libertrolls.) As a politically active Democrat who lives in Connecticut I want to be involved in the substantive debate over this campaign, and hypocritical and negative ads but out by Mr. Lamont are certainly an element of the campaign.

  • It's funny how when I mentioned "Liebertrolls", you felt that it was addressed to you. I guess the shoe fits...

They could have easily moderated that insipid blog, but I believe the entire thing was a ruse anyway.

  • I thought C-SPAN clips aren't available for commercial use. Anyway, its sort of hypocritical that in his karaoke commercial Ned Lamont says he is against negative advertising and wants to run a campaign that "sticks to the issues," when most of his ads attacking Joe Lieberman.

I am going to vote for Joe Lieberman because he is not afraid to stand up to anyone, George Bush or Democratic Party Leaders. We need more independent thinking candidates!

  • Commercial use? How is the campaign making a profit off of this advertisement? I see your point however...

  • redsoxrule, I dont see how you in good conscience can call this a negative ad. I think I'm going to have to call your bluff.

  • No Joe is not afraid th stand up he just will be having a fund raiser coming up supported by Republicans from the insider club.

No Joe is Independent and The Republican Party will raise money for him thats being a real Democrat.

  • C-SPAN has a licensing program. Duh.

  • Actually C-Span's website says:

Except as specifically permitted by this policy, C-SPAN's RSS feeds and audio/video files may not be used for any POLITICAL, commercial or otherwise unauthorized purpose. Any posting, retransmission, sale, public performance or other unauthorized duplication of the audio/video files is strictly prohibited."

  • The best political ad of the year!! Everybody tell MJn01002 he needs to stop drinking the Bush koolaid.

  • Joe Lieberman hugging President Bush isn't an issue, yet Ned Lamont uses the image of Lieberman talking to Bush after the State of the Union, a time when politicians are spouse to be united. This ad isn't one I was specifically talking about when I said negative ads, although I wouldn't call it positive. If you want to see negative ads look at... "Speaking for Bush" (similar disgraceful tactic used against Max Cleland), "Who's Joe?" "Turncoat" etc.

  • Go for it Mr. Lamont!

  • I love it. Joe has to go. And by the way mjn01002 lieberman is no moderate.

  • This one might be my favorite!
