  • Hey man, i have the same problems as you, very annoying.. Have you found a cure for it?

  • Its got nothing to do with tight hamstrings because you are bending your knees. Its the hip flexors and adductor muscles along with hip mobility drills

  • did u finally get rid of it? cause i get them too like i read its because of tight hamstrings..? any solutions?

  • bring your feet closer together, about shoulder width ((about 8 to 12 inch)) space between your heels

  • damn do you work out in a dungeon ?
