Building consistent progressive change requires the building of a mass communist party among the working class.
However, the downtrodden condition of the working class makes this difficult in the United States. So we'll have to accept the inconsistent and contradictory progressive change the Democratic party brings.
Any transfer of money into the gated country clubs of Wall Street is necessarily regressive since there's not very much money left out in the wild. If you're not willing to take your vote away from the D party, that's not power, that's genuflecting and begging.
