I had a sim that was born blond and decided to give her pink highlights, and her son ended up having pink highlights! I was like OMG! and ended up giving him blue highlights! XD

how do you do highlights ???

Go to change apperance, click on the little paintbrush down in the right hand corner under the hair colors and click on highlights and give her the color you want and add tips if you want to also, it'll make the color more noticeable.
