He may have expanded his zone for the Yankees considering it could've been a long game since its a powerhouse team against a minor league team. Its one at bat so its nothing special. She didn't even throw and inning and probably worked the count which may have led to her short outing.

Also, to add on: I can't believe people are acting like this is made up. When Hank Aaron was bought from the Negro Leagues, his replacement at 2nd base for the Indianapolis Clowns was a woman.
