You need to sit under an anointed Pastor of God, because we have had people healed at the communion table. God is looking for that willing vessel to do His will and not ours. This is no ritual,we are NOT here for blessings but to do the will of the Father, Mark 16: 15 - 18. When we have communion we are thanking Jesus from our heart and to show we could not do it without Him! We experience anointing of God n our church because we line up what Paul states in new covenant and points to Jesus.
If you want to know what it means to live free from sin and you desire it, why not just ask. When I was growing up people only made fun of what they didn't understand.
Lazy kids didn't understand the Smart diligent kids so they poked fun at them. Now the bond womans kids (those who don't know the New Covenant and live under the old) Poke fun at the free womans children (those who have been redeemed and are FREE FROM THE BONDAGE OF SIN)
