If you have 310% riding skill all your mounts will fly at that speed, it doesnt depend on your mount anymore..

Protip: Get a 310% mount before cata then all your mounts go 310 even the old 150% mounts. Its 5k gold if you dont get 310% mount before xpac. I just got this including mecho-hog at 13.5k gold and 16k mount. Its very hard with such a small reward.
